Global XR is structured as a Community-Over-Profit Company and shares similarities with certified B-Corps. This means our organization is not tax-exempt and serves the dual purpose of addressing community needs, while engaging in profit sharing with employees. All profits are distributed in the following order of priority:
- Community
- Employees
- Company
Our top priority is accomplishing goals that benefit our greater community, by investing at least 60% of all funding into empowering young adults, as well as providing a living wage with substantial benefits to each employee. Because of our community focus, we do accept donations, and all donations are distributed in the following order of priority:

Mission: Our mission is to facilitate the movement by assisting Millennials and Zoomers in obtaining financial stability. The Indie Revolution is the embodiment of Global Xcape Rtists’ community driven goals; striving to change how businesses care for their communities.
2024 Community Effort: 360 degrees of Wellness
Evolving from our 2023 Gladiator Challenge, The Indie Revolution’s 2024 goals are to foster 360 Degrees of Wellness (financial, mental, and physical) for Gens-Y&Z; through a dynamic campaign. The current goal is to gain enough support to facilitate the following:
- 500 Student Startup Grants
- 1,000 Scholarships
- 1,000 Careers Supported
- Food Programs
- Homeownership Programs
- Urgent Care Programs
- And more..
