No. We are simply brokers that choose to broker our clients as a community of artists and art based small businesses, for all to succeed. Our community of clients are passionate about their individual artistic exploits as well as supporting like-minded individuals.
What is an art brokering community?
An art brokering community is formed by a group of individuals dedicated to supporting one another via negotiated job opportunities and group marketing support, while maintaining entrepreneurial independence in their artistic pursuits.
Are there any forms of art that are excluded from being brokered?
We accept all forms of art. However, we do not promote or endorse illegal, disparaging, or hateful content. We respect differences of opinion, as long as they are respectfully expressed. We gladly stand with artists from various walks of life and hold all within this art brokering community to the same standard.
Are there any hidden or set-up fees?
We do not have any hidden fees. We pride ourselves on being forth coming with all of our fees. In any case, if an Xcape Rtist were to express that they believe a fee was not given enough notice, we will immediately seek to rectify this to avoid future confusion. We believe business should be straight forward.
For example, the cost of our web hosting packages do not include the cost of registering a domain name. Some of our packages offer a free domain name for a year. It is important to note when purchasing a web hosting package, whether paid monthly or annually, the cost of registering a domain is an additional fee.

What portion does GXR take from Xcape Rtists' sales?
GXR does not take any rights or royalties from Xcape Rtists’ individual sales of their individually created content, products, or services from their websites, social media pages, etc. We respect rights and royalties!
As the community’s in-house broker, GXR charges a 10% fee if we help Xcape Rtists to negotiate agreements between one another. Some packages may include a waiver of this fee for one or more agreements.
When GXR partners with Xcape Rtists to create content or products, it shares ownership with Xcape Rtists for all parties’ respective benefit and due credit in collaboration.
When GXR commissions work for Xcape Rtists for a company project, GXR maintains ownership of the project and pays Xcape Rtists on a work for hire basis.
Alternatively, when GXR hosts events and competitions, Xcape Rtists’ compensation will be determined on a per event basis. Likewise, all Xcape Rtists are encouraged to create similar opportunities to exchange services, share rights, and/or maintain rights to projects as principles of fairness may dictate. Whether negotiated with the help of GXR or directly between Xcape Rtists, GXR is pleased with fair business practices within the community.

No. Our job as brokers is to help you grow in popularity. Likewise, if you just started creating clothing or Covid-19 masks, we will help you with any number of our professional services.
